Elite gymnast visits Becca’s Place
July 22, 2024Gymnasts, their families, and the staff of Becca’s Place Gymnastics took part in the gymnastics center’s annual Angel Tree shopping event the day before Thanksgiving. The gymnasts raised a record-setting $8,000 as part of the team’s annual change for change competition and were able to shop for 70 local children. Gym owners and sisters Jennifer Ryan and Jessika Bohannon-Ferriss call it their favorite service project of the year. “This service project dates back to the days of Flip-Town and has always been near and dear to our hearts,” said Ryan. “On this day and every day, we are thankful for these amazing gym families, and feel so blessed by the community we serve.”
