Field Trips
We’re excited to welcome your students for a fun and active field trip – completely FREE of charge, thanks to the generosity of BECCA’S Place Community Association.
To get your field trip on our calendar, please email us at info@beccasplacegym.com with the following details:
- School name
- Grade level
- Number of classes attending
- Total number of students
- Preferred day(s) for your visit
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each field trip includes one hour of fun and fitness activities designed for all skill levels. We ask that you bring one adult chaperone per 20 students to help supervise and maintain a safe environment during your visit.

Becca’s Place staff takes the time to get to know our students and their individual needs so they can plan fun and inclusive experiences to build self-confidence and gross motor skills. A field trip to Becca’s Place Gymnastics is fun for everyone. Students love playing on the gym equipment, most especially the trampoline and foam pit! Since it is a community business, it is very economical for local schools. Students look forward to going to Becca’s every year!

Birthday Parties
Make your child’s next birthday one to remember with a party at Becca's Place. Our parties include high-energy gymnastics fun, the setup and cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy the day!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Rental for 1.5 hrs. First hour in the gym with structured games and instruction. Includes access to obstacle courses, trampolines and foam pits. Second half hour in the lobby for cake, food and gifts. Saturday and Sunday times available. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit required to book.
PARTY PACKAGE
10 kids (not including birthday child) • $225.00 plus KY state sales tax • Additional Gym time may be booked for $75/half hour • $5.00 per additional guest
